Twelve months at Stone Horse Mongolia – Horse Treks and Horse Care

At Stone Horse Expeditions in Mongolia, we take care of our horses year round. Except for the occasional winter day ride, they are off from November to February. In March, springtime day rides will start, still with lots of snow on the ground. June to October of course is the busiest time for all at Stone Horse, with 10 Day Riding Expeditions into Gorkhi Terelj National Park, the annual 14 Day Wilderness Conservation Adventure in the first half of August, the 14 Day Khentii Mountains Horseback Expedition, and two 8 Day Autumn Rides in October, again in Gorkhi Terelj National Park.
